Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do so if you have any comments - good or bad - we would love to hear from you.

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

We provide an online customer satisfaction survey where we welcome views from all customers of our service. The results of the survey are important to us and help shape the service we provide. 

The results of our previous surveys can be found below.

Customer Satisfaction 2017 

Our target for an overall rate of satisfaction is 85%. This includes responses that were 'slightly satisfied', 'very satisfied' and 'extremely satisfied'.
