Media enquiry

The aim of the UK ECC is promote consumer confidence in the internal market. We do this by providing advice, information and support to all those consumers who require it when shopping in Europe. We are keen to promote consumer protection wherever we can and as such will assist, as far as we can, with all media related enquiries.

If you wish to know more about the UK ECC, the work we do, results we have achieved, or want us to comment on a relevant consumer affairs issue etc please contact the UK ECC’s Information and Communications Officer Susan Tolman at ecc@tsi.org.uk or by phone on 08456 08 96 17. In order for us to provide the relevant information, please ensure that your enquiry contains as much detail as possible. We will respond as soon as we can to all enquiries.

Thank you for your interest in the UK ECC and we hope we can provide you with what you need.
