• If your flight is cancelled by the airline due to coronavirus, they will be obliged to provide a refund. Please note, there is currently a significant delay in the processing of refunds so this may take longer than normal.

     

  • If your flight has not been cancelled by the airline but you do not wish to travel, check the terms of your booking. Whilst there is no legal right for you to amend or cancel flights, you may find that your airline or holiday provider will allow changes to your booking so it is always worth looking into your options.

     

  • If your flight has not been cancelled and there is no right to cancel or amend your booking, you may be able to make a claim with your travel insurance provider if you are unable to travel.
