  • Very friendly helpful staff, I don't know if there will be a favourable outcome but it's good to know I have this support. 

  • Clear advice has been given me to help resolve a possible scam involving a defunct 'travel company'. 

  • It took a while to get sorted, but you felt I had a case. 

  • Just thank you for existing. Just mentioning a case was opened and providing the case number was enough to unlock a situation which was blocked for the past couple of months with the seller.
