Most UK consumers who used the UK ECC service last year (2019) either found us via the internet (42%) or they were directed to us from the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline (32%).

Other ways of finding us included mentions in newspaper articles, signposting from the local authority, recommendation from previous UK ECC customers or via social media.

As a whole, during 2019 the <a href="https://www.ukecc.net/news-publications/annual-report-2019">UK consumers</a> we helped were spread right across the whole of the UK, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with a higher proportion coming from Scotland than any of the other devolved nations.
