A UK consumer bought a fleece online from an overseas seller, but it arrived looking nothing like advertised. The trader initially refused a full refund and demanded the consumer pay return shipping. With help from the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC), the consumer successfully received a full refund without returning the item.
